Lettings Packages

FINDERS FEE £600 + VAT

•    Taking external & internal pictures, room sizes and measurements.
•    Advertising the property on: Rightmove:  On the market.com, & our own website, plus Facebook & Instagram. .
•    Vet applicants prior to offering a viewing
•    Attending all viewings & arrange an open house.
•    Once a potential tenant has been found, reference them via Home let.
•    Once references are back and passed and you are happy with the tenant, we will then arrange a move in date.
•    We will then produce all relevant documentations: A.S.T, tenancy checklist, privacy notice, how to rent checklist, check that smoke alarms and carbon monoxide alarm are present.
•    Carry out an inventory report at the property.
•    Move the tenants into the property.
